In addition to accessing bank funding, and/or supplementing with mezzanine debt / preferred equity funding, we currently have 3 types of construction loans available:

1. Mortgage Funds
[Loan Size: $2M to $25M]

  • Max Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of up to 66.66%
  • No / Low presales, allows construction to start sooner.

2. Institutional Funds
[Loan Size: $20M to $50M]

  • Max Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of up to 70%
  • No / low presales required
  • Increased LVR to 75% if more presales in place

3. Private Lenders
[Loan Size: $2M to $20M]

  • Max Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of up to 75%
  • Low presales required.
