The 4000m2 site in Sunbury was used to develop a two-storey medical facility for the community. The building incorporated a Medical Centre, Dispensary and Pathology clinic. Bluestone blocks from the original building were tied in with modern elements to create this eye-catching design. The site also includes an 80-space car park with surrounding green landscaping to offer visitors easy access to the centre.
