Goldenvue, nestled in Ballarat’s suburbs was an exciting development by Limebrook Corporation. Close to Ballarat’s growth precinct, the 32-hectare development was well positioned in a rural setting surrounded by bushland, yet well-connected to the city centre and Princes Freeway. It benefited from being across the road from a new primary school, secondary school, childcare and community centre and retail shops proposed under the council’s West Ballarat Precinct Structure Plan. The masterplan was deliberately designed with a wide range of lot sizes, orientations and frontages, so that we attract a diverse community.
