The Oakleigh Motel was a historic conversion and adaptation of the original motel’s design to include 34 townhouses and 3 apartments. Located next to parklands and within close proximity to the Oakleigh shopping precinct it benefited from a bus stop within 200 metres and being a 5 minute drive to Monash University (Clayton). The blended design aimed to utilise the original design elements of the Motel built in the 1950’s, whilst also offering a contemporary take on modern living. An emphasis on clean lines and quality fixtures and fittings add to the charm of these residences.
